I would love to thank my wife for this beautiful blog. It has given the ability to communicate and receive everyone's love and support through this difficult time. At this time I regret to post that our beautiful daughter Jolie Lauren grew tired of her struggle and went to meet her great-grandparents. Last night at 2:09a.m. she left us peacefully. We had the oppurtunity to spend some very very special time with her, free of all tubes and machines. She stayed with us for over an hour and had enough time to give her a bath. Her passing was peaceful and we held her the entire time. I would find it appropiate to write something inspirational and healing but words and thoughts are hard to translate at this time. I just wanted to deliver this message to you all as u have all shared in our journey.
